Ekran was born from a simple frustration: watching a cluttered laptop screen hold back productivity while traveling. As digital nomads ourselves, we knew there had to be a better way to work on the move without compromise. So we built it. 

Traditional portable monitors felt bulky, plasticky, built for occasional use rather with the intention of really creating a portable workspace wherever you are in the world. We wanted something different. A sleek portable monitor you'd actually want to carry every day, and can physically carry without taking up your entire bag. Something that felt as premium as the work you're doing.

The name Ekran derives from the Slavic language, and it translates directly to screen. Every Ekran monitor is crafted from aircraft-grade metal, engineered to be impossibly thin and light without sacrificing durability & visual quality.
